Facility Reservation staff are still reviewing each event that migrated from R25 to 25Live to ensure all information is accurate and all dates are populating according to the recurrences requested. At this point in time we have reviewed 250 of the 500 events. While those events are being reviewed, Facility Staff will confirm or deny only new requests that have been entered into 25Live for the UPCOMING week, in the order that they were received. Facility Reservations will continue to review event requests daily to ensure that events scheduled this week and next week are approved within 3 business days. We hope to have all events that migrated from R25 to 25Live reviewed by the end of the week so Facility Reservation staff may begin the process of approving all NEW events that have been requested in 25Live.
25Live is currently only allowing event requests through December 31, 2019. We will open the event scheduling tool in early August for scheduling events 365 days in advance. Look for additional information to be announced on Frontpage.
