25Live launched on Wednesday, July 10, and so far, everything is running well in the new system; however, the implementation team has run into a few challenges with events that were scheduled in R25 that aren’t showing up in 25Live. Until we can get this corrected, we are unable to approve new events in the 25Live system. The team is working diligently to get this completed but it is very labor intensive and requires us to review over 500 events, one by one in each system. We are hopeful that we can start approving events in the new system early next week.
We appreciate your patience as we navigate this unexpected challenge. In the meantime, we are still conducting trainings (click here to register) and strongly encourage everyone to attend.
