Campaign music website launched Dec. 1

Trax on the Trail, a website sponsored by Georgia College, officially launched Tuesday, Dec. 1, 2015. Trax on the Trail features essays on music and the 2016 presidential campaign, a database that catalogues the music usage of individual candidates, and educational materials on music and politics for classroom use. 

Dana Gorzelany-Mostak, a musicologist and assistant professor of music at Georgia College, is the creator and co-editor of this project. Georgia College staff and students working alongside Gorzelany-Mostak on this project are Mark Misinco, Sam Campbell, Jana Harrell, Sarah Farmer, Sarah Kitts, Victoriana Lord, Cannon McClain and Teddi Strassburger.
