Elite Dining Event at The MAX: By Land or By Sea

Experience the best of land and sea with Dining Services!  Thursday, February 14, The MAX will host BY LAND OR BY SEA from 5 – 7 p.m. in the Hoke Dining Room.  Guests can choose between multiple land and sea favorites including sirloin steak and jumbo crab cakes.  

Tickets for meal plan holders: meal swipe plus $10. 
Tickets for guests: $20.

Menu options

  • Garlic rolls and house salad prior to meal
  • Choice of Braised Beef Short Ribs or Grilled Sirloin Steak
  • Choice of Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes or Grilled Wild Salmon
  • Sides: Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Seasoned Vegetable Confetti
  • Dessert: choice of Homestyle Cheesecake or Double Chocolate Layer Cake
