Improving Communication and Managing Conflicts in the Workplace

Georgia College's Employee Assistance Program (EAP)- ESPYR- will join us on campus for a two-hour training event.

This event is free and a great chance to learn more about what ESPYR has to offer. This training will cover topics such as, understanding conflict, conflict styles, conflict management, stages of conflict, emotional intelligence, personality types and collegiality.
