Georgia College student Kendyl Lewis was just recognized with the Daily Point of Light Award. Each day, one person or group from around the world is recognized for their efforts to tackle society's biggest challenges and make the world a better place.
Lewis was named the recipient Thursday, May 16 for her work starting the Swipe Out Hunger organization on campus. She was nominated by the GIVE Center.
