Having friends over? Learn how to wow them at the first Kitchen Academy cooking class hosted by Dining Services.
Participants will learn to cook pasta to perfection, modify a recipe, and make sauce and salad dressing from scratch. In addition to hosting and etiquette tips, the class will go through the steps for preparing pasta in a béchamel sauce and making a fresh salad with strawberries and a dark chocolate vinaigrette.
The Kitchen Academy will be Thursday, November 21, 7-9 p.m. at The MAX.
