In an effort to improve the services provided to our supervisors by the Office of Human Resources, Payroll Services and the Budget Office, we are hosting an information session on Thursday, Nov. 17 from 10 a.m .– noon in Peabody Auditorium. The goal of the session is to provide you with information and updates related to employment services performed by our offices that affect your responsibilities as a manager. Some of the topics that will be discussed include how to read/manage your budget, onboarding requirements, completing Personnel Action Forms (PAF’s) and the timecard approval process. We will also be available to answer any related questions you may have.
We plan to hold these types of sessions periodically in an effort to provide you with the most recent policies changes, process updates and other related information pertaining to our areas of responsibility.
