Tina's Beads

Thanks to the GC Public Art Committee for arranging the move of Tina's Beads to a permanent home in the A&S Auditorium.  The installation crew from Physical Plant took great care in moving and hanging the oversized 400-pound strand that has been at home in Ennis since 2016.

The giant strand of ceramic beads was created in memory of Dr. Tina Yarborough. Each bead was formed with local clay and reflects individual touch, shapes, and textures.  The ceramics were a labor of love for all to appreciate and remember our colleague and friend.
