The Georgia College Peer Educators, in collaboration with the Diversity Peer Educators, will offer the following workshops to the campus community for the 2019-2020 academic year:
“You Tried It: Considering the Impact of Syllabus Policies” and
“Flag on the Play: How to Facilitate Difficult Discussions.”
If you would like to invite them to present to your group, please email email@example.com with the date and time of the meeting you’d like them to attend. They need a minimum of one week’s notification and between 45 and 60 minutes of meeting time.
The GC Peer Educators is a team of faculty and staff working under the supervision of the Office of Inclusive Excellence to provide training and development for the campus community to improve the quality of learning and instruction provided to our students.
The Diversity Peer Educators is a team of undergraduate students working under the supervision of the Office of Inclusive Excellence that utilizes group facilitation to educate peers on the Georgia College campus about issues of diversity during the school year.
