Public Lecture on Medicine and Society: Gene Therapy—A Forever Fix?

Sep 14 2017 - 7:00pm
Location:
Max Noah Recital Hall (Porter Hall)

This is the Second Annual William Harvey Address, which is part of an Endowed Lecture series. A distinguished speaker is invited to give a public lecture on a medically relevant topic of broad interest. This year, the speaker is Dr. Ricki Lewis, a science writer who has written several books, including one on Gene Therapy. This should be of particular interest to biology majors, pre-med and other pre-health students. The lecture is intended for a broad audience and is open to members of the public.
