Caroline Clements, ’14, learned to appreciate food while working at PeachDish, a meal kit subscription company. The president of the company, an organic farmer, introduced her to nearly every aspect of food from farming to the James Beard Foundation, which allows foodies to keep apprised on the latest food trends and renowned chefs. From there, Clements became drawn to food presentation.
