Join the Georgia College Office of Sustainability, Sustainability Council, Office of Inclusive Excellence and Rural Studies Institute for the Environmental Justice Symposium! Featuring keynote speaker Dr. Richard Milligan, Assistant Professor at Georgia State University, sharing an address called, "What are We Trying to Sustain? Racism, Watersheds, and the Pursuit of Environmental Justice." Preceding this address, join us for a forum featuring Dr. Veronica Womack, GC Rural Studies Institute, Dr. James Daria, GC Department of Government & Sociology, Dr. Richard Milligan, Assistant Professor of Geography at Georgia State University and moderated by Dr. Mark Causey, GC Department of Philosophy, Religion, and Liberal Studies. 

Open to all majors, minors, and members of the GC Community. Light refreshments provided.
