Looking for some real world experience?

Lantern Audio, based out of Atlanta, is looking to partner with the Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship to develop  and launch an audiobook sales platform. Specific elements of this project would include giving thought and making recommendations as to the pricing model the app would utilize, how it would conduct its marketing scheme, how they would differentiate themselves from the big hitters already in the market (Audible/Apple/Spotify etc), how to recruit and pay authors, whether to specialize and if so what genres to target (horror, self-help, mystery etc),  and more. Students might be expected to run focus groups, assist in the development and implementation of surveys, and to conduct some rudimentary financial modeling in order to develop the market feasibility study and business plan that Lantern Audio is looking to have delivered.
