End of Year Approvals in UNIFY

As we are approaching the end of another calendar year, please review any outstanding payment requests that require Department Head approval.  Please review your “Pending Department Head Approvals in Unify”.  It is our procedural goal to clean out the queue before campus closes for the holidays and get the reimbursements and/or vendor payments processed.

Unify makes it easy to track any payment requests that you may have submitted and can provide you a status of where it is at for processing.  You can log into Unify’s Advancement Services website at advancement.gcsu.edu, click on “My Forms” then click on “View All”.  By doing so on occasion you will immediately see the status.
