REMINDER: Annual Compliance Refresher

Just a friendly reminder - Annual Compliance is due December 30th, 2022. Please see the information below on how to access the training.

The training is a University System of Georgia requirement for all employees (faculty, staff and student workers). This year’s content consists of institutional and system policies and procedures and motor vehicle use.

All employees, including student workers, hired prior to September 1st must complete the Policy Compliance and Ethics Refresher module.

Individuals who drive on university business must also complete the Motor Vehicle Use Program module located at the end of the training.

The training must be completed by December 30th, 2022.

Please see the information below on how to access and complete the training.

Accessing the Training:

- Login to Unify at https://unify.gcsu.edu

- Click on GeorgiaVIEW and access using your Unify credentials

- Access  the “waffle” section (top left) and click on “2022 Annual Compliance Training”. If you do not see it, you can use the search bar and type in “2022 Annual Compliance Training”.

- Follow the instructions on the "Course Home" screen to complete the module

- If you cannot login to Unify, contact the Serve Help Desk at serve@gcsu.edu or 478-445-7378

- If you cannot login to GeorgiaVIEW, contact Center for Teaching and Learning (CTL) at ctl@gcsu.edu or 478-445-2520
