Upcoming film festivals

Bobcat Media Productions, a university student organization housed in the Department of Communication, invites students, faculty, and staff to attend upcoming film festivals. 

48-hour Bobcat Film Festival:

The public is invited to participate in this year's 48-hour Bobcat Film Festival set for Feb. 10. The event will start at 5 p.m. in Terrell Hall basement. 

The film festival is open to the entire GCSU community. First and Second prizes award ($100 and $50 gift cards to Buffington's).

To enter, students must pay a $15 entry fee and have at least three members per group. 

All proceeds will be donated to the Animal Rescue Foundation in Milledgeville, Georgia.

Bobcat Film Festival: 

The public is invited to attend the Bobcat Film Festival from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Feb. 24 in the A&S Auditorium. The event is hosted by Bobcat Media Productions, a university student organization houses in the Department of Communication.

There is free admission, and the event will showcase films created by Georgia high school and college students. 

Tamlin Hall, Humanitas Prize-winning writer and Southeast Emmy® Award-winning producer, is this year's festival's guest speaker.
