The Office of Legal Affairs has an open-door policy for employees of the University who need legal advice regarding University business. In an effort to formalize and track the delivery of legal services, Legal Affairs has created the Legal Services Request Form for use by University employees. Simply complete the request form and attach any relevant supporting documents then submit the form. The appropriate representative from the Office of Legal Affairs will be in touch with you regarding your request.
