All Ages - Survey Participants Needed!

Undergraduate research students from the School of Health and Human Performance are conducting a research study on

The Effects of Aging and Gender on Resting Metabolic Rate.

Resting metabolic rate is defined as the amount of energy expended when the body is at rest, and it is closely related to the body's basal metabolic rate. Metabolic rate is an essential component to keeping good overall health and, therefore, it is crucial to study certain things that can affect the metabolic rate.
