Covid-19: Re-Entry Test Clinic for Faculty & Staff

Covid-19: Re-Entry Test Clinic for Faculty & Staff

On January 5, 2021, Georgia College, in partnership with MedLake Laboratories, will offer a Covid-19 Testing Clinic for Faculty & Staff members. If you believe you have been exposed or want confirmation that you are negative before you immerse yourself into your work environment and students return to campus, we will have trained professionals on site to administer the test at no charge to you.

*This is NOT a vaccine clinic; this is an opportunity for faculty and staff to take a Covid-19 test if they choose to do so.*

Appointments are highly encouraged; please follow the steps below to schedule your appointment:

1) Visit the HR appointment site

2) Select "January 5: Covid-19 Test Appointment, 9A-3P" as the service you are seeking from the options at the top of the page.

3) In the calendar below the list of available services where you clicked on the appointment type mentioned above, scroll over to January 5, 2021 and click on that date from the calendar. The date will show a blue circle around "5" once you have clicked on it.

4) On the right side of the screen, you will see any available time for appointments available to you. This is only available from 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM. ***Appointments scheduled outside this window of time will not be considered.***

Location: Terrell Hall, Room 310

Time: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Appointments are available in 15 minute increments, but walk-ups will be worked in as time permits. Please know that if you do not schedule an appointment and choose to walk-up, you may have to wait for an undetermined amount of time. *Appointments are highly encouraged in order to minimize the number of people who have to gather in a common space to wait to be seen.

IF YOU SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT BUT BECOME SYMPTOMATIC, please contact (478) 445-5596 to speak with someone regarding your options. We respectfully request that you NOT report to your appointment if you are exhibiting symptoms associated with Covid-19 in order to minimize possible exposure and/or viral transmittal to others who are waiting, socially distanced, in the common space outside of the testing location. We will do our best to accommodate you, but ask that you notify us if you develop any symptoms prior to reporting for your appointment. Thank you.
