For our iPhone and iPad users:

You may begin seeing an error when trying to view email on your iPhone or iPad.  You will be prompted to enter your password, but the error reappears even though you enter your correct password. 

To fix this problem perform the following steps:

Go out of the "Mail" app to your home screen

Open "Settings"

Select "Mail" -> "Accounts"

Select your GCSU email account.

Select "Re-enter Password" at the top.

You will be taken to the Microsoft site to allow the required permissions to continue using the Mail app on your phone.
