This is an excellent opportunity to recruit incoming first-year students to join your RSO or learn about your campus services. The Marketplace will run from noon - 2 p.m. on Front Campus during the following orientation sessions:

You will find the link to sign up for Bobcat Marketplace HERE. Each RSO or campus department will be given a table and two chairs. Set up will begin at 11 a.m. each of these dates, and we do ask that all participants stay until the conclusion of the Marketplace at 2pm.

For those of you enrolled in TRS, have you designated a TRS beneficiary? Have you checked yours lately to see if it’s up-to-date?  Be sure you’re leaving any remaining benefits to the right people. 

As required by Georgia law, TRS must pay remaining benefits at the time you pass away based on the latest designation in your TRS file. Wills, marriage licenses, divorce decrees, life insurance policies or other documents cannot be used to determine your beneficiary, so be sure you’ve made your TRS designation. It’s easy – register or log in to your TRS account at www.trsga.com to do it now!
