Georgia College & State University welcomes Angie Woodham as the Director of Continuing and Professional Education. 

Angie, a native Floridian, earned her Bachelor’s in Sociology from the University of Florida and her Master of Science in Higher Education from Florida State University.

"Angie has years of program and curriculum development experience that will guide Continuing and Professional Education's programming in an innovative and collaborative direction," said Angela Criscoe, Interim Executive Director for the School of Continuing and Professional Studies.

As we near the end of the fiscal year, please keep in mind the following cut-off date for “Check Requests for Foundation or Alumni Funds”

ALL payment requests must be received in our office by 12 p.m., Wednesday, June 22nd, for the check run scheduled on Friday, June 24th.  In the event that you have any FINAL invoices past that date in June, we will process a final check run of Fiscal Year 2022 on Thursday, June 30th.

IMPORTANT:  In working towards recording all expenditures for Fiscal Year 2022 for the Foundation and/or Alumni, if you have NOT received an invoice and you did order, please provide me with the vendor name, amount, and date of ordering.  We will do our “accounting due diligence” to ensure it is properly recorded in the fiscal year 2022.  The recording of these expenses are necessary to show a true picture of fiscal year expenses for the auditors...

As a reminder of the closing out of the Fiscal Year 2022, please be aware of the upcoming deadlines, which are necessary to guarantee that transactions are properly executed and financials are appropriately reported.

UPCOMING CRITICAL DEADLINES

P-Card cutoff dates:

• June 10, 2022 – Signed P-card statements with receipts and approvals are due in the Purchasing Department by 5 pm.

• June 10, 2022 – All petty cash requests for reimbursements are due to Accounting by 5 pm.
• June 10, 2022 – Last day to submit online check requests (i.e., registrations, memberships, direct billings for hotel/car rental, hotel prepayments, refunds, food items, Sodexo invoices, etc.), that are needed before July 14, 2022.

This is an excellent opportunity to recruit incoming first-year students to join your RSO or learn about your campus services. The Marketplace will run from noon - 2 p.m. on Front Campus during the following orientation sessions:
