Over the past several months, the Office of Legal Affairs and the Office of Information Technology have undertaken an effort to update and improve the electronic process for submission, review, and signature of university contracts. This update is to notify you of these changes.

We have implemented changes to our software so that our authorized contract signers’ signature appears on the Georgia College & State University signature block. We have also added a legal stamp for final versions of contracts signifying that the legal office has reviewed and approved the document as to its form. Finally, we have inserted departmental/supervisory approval points earlier in the process so that relevant stakeholders have a more opportune time to weigh in as to contracts that have been proposed.

Google will no longer support the use of the BLUE Yubico keys with DUO with the release of Chrome 103 on July 26, 2022.
