Travel Regulations Review and PeopleSoft Travel Entry Training
Accounting Services invites all employees to attend a session of Travel Regulations Review and how to enter travel in PeopleSoft. The first session will be Friday, August 5 at 10:00 a.m. All sessions last approximately one hour and will be held in the Pat Peterson Museum Education Room, Library 211. Additional sessions will be held on Tuesday, August 23 at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, August 24 at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, August 30 at 2:00 p.m., and Wednesday, August 31 at 10:00 a.m. If you are interested in having a group training for your department, please contact Omega Hedgepeth to arrange a time at 478-445-1178 or omega.hedgepeth@gcsu.edu.

Panhellenic Sorority Recruitment Move-In Day - August 3
On Wednesday, August 3 our campus will be welcoming more than 350 women to the residence halls and The Village apartments for Panhellenic Sorority Recruitment. Between 7:30 a.m. and noon there will be increased traffic on both Central Campus and West Campus. During this time Greene Street will be closed.

REMINDER: Volunteers Needed for Bobcat Brigade 2022
We are thrilled to announce the Bobcat Brigade will take place this year on Monday, August 15 and Tuesday, August 16!
We need volunteers to participate in 1-hour shifts between 7:45 am - 4 pm at the Make-A-Wish Fountain (Next to A&S).
All you need to bring is your smiling face and willingness to help students find their way around campus as we start the 2022 academic year! Please fill out the sign-up sheet with your time preference(s).
