While we frequently interact with children, we often miss opportunities to notice the development of language—from infancy through adolescence, monitor engagement as a gauge of language development, screen for potential language difficulties if indicated, and use this information to enhance opportunities for engagement in universal settings. This virtual learning series will provide a new, proactive approach and a toolkit for all who have a role on a child’s path to literacy, paving the way to positive outcomes throughout school and life.

Come out and enjoy A Night of Jazz Standards with GC Jazz Faculty and Friends on Tuesday, July 26, 7-9 pm at Amici Café in downtown Milledgeville.  Georgia College faculty, Chris Enghauser, bass and Don Parker, vibes will host the evening featuring Wendell Harrelson on tenor and GC student Jacob Hammock on drums and vibes.
