High Alert - Electric Pricing - Historically High
GC remains on High Alert status as we are experiencing historically high peak electricity demand pricing ($1.40+ per kilowatt hour above the normal operating price of $.06). Georgia Power advises this status will remain in effect this week with persistent high alerts anticipated through the remainder of the summer months.
