The National Weather Service (NWS) of Peachtree City has issued a tornado watch for Baldwin County for today, May 9, until 5 p.m. The NWS is expecting heavy rainfall, thunderstorms and strong winds in the area beginning around noon and into early afternoon. Most of the storm is expected to have moved through our area by 4:00-5:00 p.m., but overnight storms are forecast for our area in the 5:00-6:00 a.m. timeframe.The safety of our students, faculty and staff remains the highest priority...

The Alertus Desktop application used by Public Safety to relay important emergency alert information to your computer will undergo a scheduled maintenance update and subsequent testing Thursday, Nov. 9, on or about 7 a.m. Anyone arriving on campus early Thursday morning may see an Alertus test message on their computer screen.
