25Live Tip: Express Scheduling for conference rooms

Oh no! Did you forget to schedule that meeting for this afternoon?!  Or maybe you have a project going on and just need more space to spread out your spreadsheets. Fear not! You can use Express Scheduling for conference room space reservations on campus!

Express Scheduling is an easy, direct way to schedule a simple single day, single occurrence event that doesn’t require resources (ie; not needing any setup, cleanup, AV or catering). This quick form is used for conference rooms that are immediately available for scheduling without need of approval for up to 4 hours. If you don't see a particular location in the dropdown list, it is already occupied. The attached document provides additional details.
