President Cox announced updated GCSU logo during State of the University Address

In her State of the University Address, Georgia College & State University President Cathy Cox revealed an update to the university logo.

To promote understanding of our many graduate and undergraduate offerings, the university’s logo will now include the institution’s full name, Georgia College & State University.

In an effort to promote consistency across internal and external communications, the Office of University Communications offers a brand resources page with logos, rankings badges and information for ordering university branded items, such as letterhead and departmental logos.

We encourage all employees to utilize a standard email signature in all email correspondence and to adopt the full name of the university, particularly when communicating with external audiences.

The template includes all the necessary information, along with optional details, to maintain brand consistency across email applications. If you use Microsoft Outlook, the guide also includes instruction on how to modify your signature in the application.

You can download a pdf file with instructions on creating a consistent signature.  The template includes all the necessary information, along with optional details, to maintain brand consistency across email applications. Additionally, the Georgia College logo and optional badge icons are available for download under the Email Signature section of the Georgia College & State University Brand Resources page.

Please contact Print Shop Manager Brooks Hinton to order letterhead and request a departmental logo.
