2023 NEH Summer Stipend - GCSU Internal Competition 

The Office of Grants and Sponsored Projects is pleased to announce the internal competition for the 2023 National Endowment for the Humanities Summer Stipends. Applications are due to OGSP by 5 p.m., June 30, 2023.

Georgia College & State University may nominate two candidates for the NEH’s Summer Stipends program which support individuals pursuing advanced research that is of value to humanities scholars, general audiences or both. Eligible projects usually result in articles, monographs, books, digital materials and publications or other scholarly resources. Summer stipends provide $6,000 for continuous full-time work on a humanities project for a period of two consecutive months.

The deadline for the internal competition is June 30, 2023 at 5 p.m.
