Week of Welcome Block Party and Bobcat Marketplace

Are you excited to meet the new and returning students and share information about your organization or campus department? You have an opportunity to do so at the Week of Welcome Block Party and Bobcat Marketplace!  The event will be held from 7 p.m. until 9 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 23. Marketplace check-in will start at 6 p.m. at the Student Life tent by the reflection pool. The Marketplace will be held along Greene Street in front of the residence hall. Please plan for representatives of your organization to stay until the end. 

Please be aware that no electricity will be provided.  Organizations are encouraged to only bring electronics that have the capability of being powered off batteries. We do not provide tablecloths; you are encouraged to bring your own table coverings and decor to highlight your organization. We are also asking that you do not bring your own tent as spacing will be limited.
