Music Department Honors Recital and Reception

Friday, Oct. 20 The Georgia College & State University “Music Department Honors Recital” will be at 7:30 p.m. in Magnolia Ballroom at the Student Activity Center. Ten students will perform: Tyler Harris (tenor), Preston Raburn (saxophone), Riley Greer (soprano), Lizzy Galloway (bass), Mack Arrington (mezzo-soprano), Addison Resh (soprano), Lynsey Blevins (piano), Anna Ogletree (soprano), Rachel Jenkins (mezzo-soprano) and Joseph Johnson (baritone). Department honors students are selected at the scholarship audition. Faculty pianists Dr. Hue Jang and Dr. Lev Ryabinin will accompany the students, and a reception will follow. This concert will also be livestreamed at www.facebook.com/GCMusicDepartment. A $5 donation is encouraged.
