  • Enjoy live music at The Milly Farmers Market which is held every first and third Friday of the month from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Pavilion, located at 222 E. Hancock St. Local and sustainable farmers will be selling items to the community. The Milly Farmers Market is a double SNAP/EBT approved market.
  • Attend Milledgeville Main Street's First Friday in October - Wrestle Mania in Milly from 6 to 8 p.m. located in the Deep Roots parking lot next to the Post Office. There will be free gifts for the first 150 attendees. Plenty of kids activities provides by our amazing First Friday Sponsors and our local nonprofit organizations. Snacks To Go Vending will be back with all of your quick grab and go snacks along with Kona Ice and Skyla Yates Face Painting.
  • Mattie Thompson, a senior at GCSU, will be bringing back another Art Capstone Project with the community for her interactive Community Grid Paint Project - Milly Squared. Throughout the night, all of the canvases will be joined together to reveal a painting of a familiar Milledgeville icon. Mattie is a 2019 John Milledge Academy graduate and will graduate this year from GCSU with a major in Art and a minor in History.
  • Milledgeville-Baldwin County Allied Arts will be hosting their Gospel Fest 2023 from 6-8pm at the Black Heritage Plaza next to Allen's Market.
