NEH Flannery O’Connor Institute Fellow to release Americana album rooted in research

North Carolina Singer-songwriter Colin Cutler attended the 2023 NEH Institute on Flannery O’Connor at Georgia College & State University and is thrilled to announce the release of his much-anticipated new album, Tarwater. It was released on all internet platforms Nov. 3 and has an upcoming online event hosted by the Andalusia Institute Nov. 9 at 7 p.m. During the event, Colin will showcase a few of his songs and take questions.
