Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. hosts Skee Week Events

Please join Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. - Khaptivating Kappa Eta Chapter today, Nov. 14, as they table near the Arts & Sciences fountain from 10 a.m. until noon to promote environmental awareness. 

Learn about the advantages of using rechargeable batteries rather than traditional batteries. Those who pledge to consider switching to rechargeable batteries for at least one device will be entered into a drawing to receive one of two Energizer Rechargeable Battery kits complete with batteries to kick start their efforts.  Hope to see you there!

Tomorrow, Nov. 15, at 5 p.m., please join Kappa Eta for Kash Kredentials. Ms. Nikita Pearson of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) will once again present important information specific to college students. Ms. Pearson is the Deputy to the Chairman for External Affairs and Director, Office of Minority and Women Inclusion.

From freshmen to graduating seniors, this session is for you!  Join us to learn about good money practices, general financial tips, and basic banking in and outs.
