Several performers for 2023's Nutcracker enthrall assisted-living residents

The 2023 GCSU Nutcracker dancers visited with senior citizens at the Milledgeville Fellowship assisted-living home Wednesday evening, Nov. 22.  They brought some Nutcracker cheer to the residents there, as they do each year. The Sugarplum Fairy, Snow Queen, Clara and the Prince, plus  the musical theater class, performed dances for them.

Afterwards, the dancers stayed and visited with residents, enjoying light refreshments. A good time was had by all!

Shows are at 7 p.m. Dec. 8-9 and 2 p.m. Dec. 10. Tickets are available online at gcsutickets.com and at the door. Cost is $15 for general admission; $10 for senior citizens, GCSU faculty, staff and non-GCSU students; and $5 for GCSU students.
