Join us this Wednesday Feb. 7 at noon in Russell Library, room 241, for an engaging conversation facilitated by Amanda Respess, Georgia College & State University's director of Public Affairs and Bill Burke, Dept. of Communication lecturer and faculty advisor to the Colonnade and Bobcat Multimedia Network  on "What does 'free speech' mean for a college campus?"

The topics change weekly and are chosen and facilitated by volunteer faculty, staff, students and community members. Times Talks are open to all campus and local community members.
