Get more involved with Imagine 2030 as a Strategic Planning Liaison

Are you (or is someone you know) interested in serving as an Imagine 2030 Strategic Planning Liaison? If so, please use this form to volunteer or nominate a colleague to serve in that capacity. Any full-time faculty or staff member may serve as a liaison. As a reminder, here are the roles and responsibilities of Imagine 2030 Liaisons:

• Learn the plan, being knowledgeable and clear on the pillars, goals and objectives, definitions and assessment timelines. 
• Facilitate the communication of the strategic planning process from the strategic planning steering committee to the unit.
• Advocate for the strategic plan and help foster potential implementation ideas.
• Share information from the unit back to the strategic planning steering committee about progress and continuous improvement. 
• Help make the connections with other units by participating in scheduled liaison gatherings to share out and develop collaborative ideas.
• Help provide guidance and feedback on reporting and assessment content for strategic planning reports.
