2024 Housing Welcome Book - Now accepting reservations

University Housing and Residence Life will once again be publishing the Housing Welcome Book to consolidate all the information vendors and Georgia College & State University departments would like to distribute to our 2200+ residents. Participants save money and time, and have a much more effective message. All pages in the Welcome Book will be printed in full color. There are a limited number of pages in the book – so act quickly by reserving your page(s) today.

• April 1 – May 12: Departments and student groups have the opportunity to reserve pages at the low cost of $175 per page.
  
   
• We require all pages in the Welcome Book to be professionally designed by GCSU Creative Services. This service comes at no additional cost and will help to maintain a consistency in design for the book.
  
   
• Starting Monday, May 13, there will be a standard rate increase to $250 per page on any remaining pages.
  
   
• All design materials are due by Friday, June 14.
