Modification to Thursday's Two Justice Week panels

Originally two panels were scheduled regarding the First Amendment; however, both panels have been condensed into one event at 3:30 p.m. It is titled "First Amendment in Higher Education: Classroom Discussions, Campus Protests and Consequences for Diversity and Inclusion," and it will be held on April 11 from 3:30-4:45 p.m. in the Arts and Sciences Auditorium. Each panelist will speak for five to 10 minutes about any topic related to higher education, diversity and the First Amendment. Then the moderator (Sandra Godwin) and audience will ask questions.

"DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION IN THE CLASSROOM: ACADEMIC FREEDOM AND CONTROVERSIAL CLASS DISCUSSIONS" and "THE FIRST AMENDMENT, SAFE SPACES AND VIEWPOINT DIVERSITY" have been condensed into one panel titled "First Amendment in Higher Education: Classroom Discussions, Campus Protests and Consequences for Diversity and Inclusion" with panelists Professor Adam Lamparello, Dr. Jehan El-Jourbagy, Dr. Michael Snowden, Dr. Stephanie McClure and Stelios Spirou.
