Federal Work Study (FWS) student employee position for the 2024-2025 year 

Does your department need assistance with additional staffing? Now is the time for your department to seize the opportunity to be considered for a Federal Work Study (FWS) student employee position for the 2024-2025 year. 

Eligible students will be offered FWS as part of their financial aid package. Students interested in FWS will notify the Financial Aid Office, and then they will receive instructions on how to apply for these positions through Georgia College & State University Careers. Federal Work Study students are paid bi-weekly just as other student assistants at the rate pf $9 per hour based on the number of hours they work in a pay period up to 19 hours per week.
