Guest Artist Concert: Alma Ensemble "Hear Us Roar"

Tuesday, March 25 Georgia College & State University welcomes the Alma Ensemble, for a concert, “Hear Us Roar,” in Max Noah Recital Hall at 7:30 p.m. Flutist Sarah Wardle Jones, clarinetist Michaelle Smith Johnson, and pianist Erica Sipes will perform compositions written by several women composers, including a World Premiere, “Small Ways” by Lisa Neher. They will also give a lecture in Max Noah Recital Hall on Tuesday, March 25, from 12:30 p.m. to 2 p.m. This concert will also be livestreamed at www.facebook.com/GCMusicDepartment. A $5 donation is encouraged. Online donations can be made at give.gcsu.edu/g/department-of-music/.
