GCSU Orchestra Concert: "Dreams, Dances, and Triumphs"
Tuesday, April 1 Georgia College & State University’s Orchestra will give a concert, “Dreams, Dances, and Triumphs” in conjunction with DeKalb School of the Arts Orchestra, at 7:30 p.m. in Russell Auditorium. This concert will feature concerto competition winner Anna Ogletree, singing a selection from Les Miserables, “I Dreamed a Dream,” and viola virtuoso guest artist Robert Radmer performing, with the orchestra, the “Viola Concerto in G Major” by Georg Phillip Telemann. The program will also include works by Rimsky-Korsakov and Stravinsky. This concert will also be livestreamed at www.facebook.com/GCMusicDepartment. A $5 donation is encouraged.
