GCSU Alumni Lifelong Learning Series - Balancing Act: Thriving as a Young Professional and Grad Student
Join Georgia College & State University alumnus Christopher Jackson for the newest Alumni Lifelong Learning Series Sept. 12, from 12 p.m. until 1 p.m.
Jackson is an imaginative and zealous marketing, creative and global strategic communicator. His field experience and formal education are genuinely interdisciplinary, weaving together topics such as media, culture and language communication studies. He graduated in 2023 with a Bachelor of Arts in three disciplines: mass communication, world languages & cultures and liberal studies. In May 2025, he plans to receive his Master of Arts (M.A.) in mass communication with a concentration in global strategic communication from the University of Florida.
Jackson began his work in marketing communication for Georgia College's School of Continuing and Professional Studies, working in video production and editing. Before landing his role at Tri-CoGo, he also worked in the faith-based media sector, serving as the media and communications coordinator of Gray Community Church. Jackson serves as the marketing coordinator of Tri-CoGo, the fiber internet affiliate of Tri-County Electric Membership Cooperative.
