New Grant opportunity: Implementation Research to Improve Early Language and Literacy Outcomes
We are excited to announce the upcoming launch of the FY25 Implementation Research to Improve Early Language and Literacy Outcomes Grant! This funding opportunity is designed to support innovative research that enhances early language and literacy outcomes across Georgia, with awards of up to $50,000 available to qualifying projects.
Applications for this grant will open on Oct. 8, 2024. We encourage researchers and project teams who are passionate about improving early language and literacy outcomes to prepare their proposals and take advantage of this opportunity.
Who’s eligible: University System of Georgia institutions and state agencies. Non-USG applicants or private research organizations may partner with a USG institute or state agencies to qualify for up to $50,000. Non-USG and private research organizations may also qualify for up to $24,000 without a USG or state agency partner.
Purpose: To fund implementation science research that aligns with the four pillars of the Get Georgia Reading Campaign: Language Nutrition, Access, Positive Learning Climate and Teacher Preparation and Effectiveness.
