Sights & Sounds of Veteran Identity exhibit

Drs. Laurie Peebles (Music Therapy) and Stephanie Jett (Psychological Science) along with their students have been working with a team of Veterans of the U.S. Armed Forces on a project using photos and song lyrics to explore Veteran identity for over a year now. They are excited to announce that they are hosting an exhibit at Blackbird Coffee House from Nov. 10 through 30 that will showcase our Veteran team's photos and song choices. 

On Nov. 12 from 5:30 to 7 p.m., an immersive evening of the "Sights and Sounds of Veteran Identity" will be held in the Bird House Theater in Blackbird where our Veteran team will be present to share their stories with the community and we will share some of the results of our analysis of the data. We will have light refreshments available and live music performances.
