The Georgia College & State University Jazz Band has hit an exciting milestone—our first-ever single, God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen, is now available on all streaming platforms! Released Dec. 6, 2024, this holiday classic is reimagined with a fresh, jazzy twist by senior music education major Preston Raburn, who also shines as the tenor sax soloist. The track was recorded in November, brought to life by recording engineer Bryce Raburn’s masterful mixing, which beautifully captures the band’s energy and artistry.
