The Future of Coral Reefs: It's not what you thinkPresentation by James Porter, Ph.D.

Dr. James Porter is an award-winning professor emeritus of Ecology at the University of Georgia. He was the scientific advisor of the award-winning film "Chasing Coral." He has testified before Congress three times about the effects of climate change on coral reefs, munitions contamination on Puerto Rican coral reefs and the global biodiversity crisis. His work has been featured on ABC World News, NBC Nightly News and CNN.

His talk will take place March 3 from 4 until 5 p.m. in Peabody Auditorium.
