2025 Housing Welcome Book - Now accepting reservations

University Housing and Residence Life will once again be publishing the Housing Welcome Book to consolidate all the information vendors and Georgia College & State University departments would like to distribute to our 2200+ residents. Participants save money and time and have a much more effective message. All pages in the Welcome Book will be printed in full color. There are a limited number of pages in the book – so act quickly by reserving your page(s) today.

• March 19 – May 12: Departments and student groups can reserve pages at the low cost of $150 per page.
   
• We require all pages in the Welcome Book to be professionally designed by GCSU Creative Services. This service comes at no additional cost and will help to maintain consistency in design for the book.
   
• Starting Monday, May 12, there will be a standard rate increase to $250 per page on any remaining pages.
   
• All design materials are due by Friday, June 13.
